Abstract

本发明涉及一种方形软包电池及其制造方法,该方法包括:将负极片、第一隔膜、正极片和第二隔膜依次堆叠并卷绕在圆形卷针的外侧,在圆形卷针外侧形成圆形卷芯;使圆形卷针形变为多边形卷针,带动圆形卷芯形变为多边形卷芯;对多边形卷芯施压,形成方形卷芯。通过圆形卷针将负极片、第一隔膜、正极片和第二隔膜卷绕呈圆形卷芯,该圆形卷针对圆形卷芯的支撑力为沿着其圆周表面分布,使得圆形卷芯内部的受力更为均匀,随后将圆形卷芯压成方形卷芯,该成型后的方形卷芯内部各方向上的受力依然均匀,进而使得电池在充放电过程中引起的膨胀在各方向上的膨胀程度趋向一致,进而避免电池发生扭曲,有效提高了电池的可靠性和安全性。
The invention relates to a square flexibly-packaged battery and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of stacking and winding a negative plate, a first diaphragm, a positive plate and a second diaphragm on the outer side of a circular winding needle in sequence, and forming a circular winding core outside the circular winding needle; transforming the circular winding needle into a polygonal winding needle to drive the circular winding core to be transformed into a polygonal winding core; and applying pressure on the polygonal winding core to form a square winding core. The negative plate, the first diaphragm, the positive plate and the second diaphragm are wound into the circular winding core through the circular winding needle; the supporting force of the circular winding needle on the circular winding core is distributed around the circumferential surface, so that the stress in the interior of the circular winding core is more uniform; then the circular winding core is pressed into the square winding core; and the stress on the interior of the formed square winding core is still uniform in each direction, so that the expansion degree in each direction caused in the charging-discharging process of the battery tends to be consistent, distortion of the battery is further prevented, and the reliability and the safety of the battery are effectively improved.
