Abstract

本发明公开了一种发动机扭矩检测装置,第一信号齿盘安装在发动机曲轴或飞轮上,第一转速传感器对应安装在第一信号齿盘处,第二信号齿盘安装在扭转减震器到变速箱之间的变速箱输入轴上或扭转减震器壳体的变速箱输入轴侧,第二转速传感器对应安装在第二信号齿盘处,第一转速传感器、第二转速传感器分别输出转速信号到控制器,控制器根据该两个转速信号计算输出发动机的指示扭矩。本发明还公开了一种发动机扭矩检测方法。本发明的发动机扭矩检测装置及方法,利用现有的曲轴转速传感器,加上另外安装在扭转减震器后侧的转速传感器,即可实时准确的获取发动机的输出扭矩,不需要额外增加扭矩传感器,成本低,系统简单,便于安装。
The invention discloses an engine torque detection apparatus. A first signal fluted disc is mounted on an engine crankshaft or a flywheel; a first rotation speed sensor is mounted at the first signal fluted disc correspondingly; a second signal fluted disc is mounted on the gearbox input shaft between a torsional shock absorber and the gearbox or the gearbox input shaft side of the torsional shock absorber housing; a second rotation speed sensor is mounted at the second signal fluted disc correspondingly; the first rotation speed sensor and the second rotation speed sensor output rotation speed signals to a controller respectively; and the controller calculates and outputs the indication torque of the engine according to the two rotation speed signals. The invention further discloses an engine torque detection method. According to the engine torque detection apparatus and method, through the utilization of existing crankshaft rotation speed sensor and the additional rotation speed sensor mounted at the back side of the torsional shock absorber, it is possible to accurately obtain the engine's output torque in real time without additional torque sensors. Cost-effective, the apparatus also has a simple system and can be conveniently installed.
