Abstract

The invention discloses a cocoon spinning method which relates to the textile field, the cocoon spinning method comprises the following steps: 1,collection; 2,pretreatment: wherein the cocoons is put into a direct steam room for direct steaming, and the temperature of the direct steam room is 70 DEG C to 80 DEG C, then the cocoons are direct steamed for 1.5-2 hours, after direct steaming, the cocoons are placed in the direct room for 1-2 hours, then the cocoons are taken out and blow-wed dried; 3, screening: wherein the dried cocoons are screened, screening out the unqualified silkworm cocoon; 4, cocoon cooking: wherein the qualified cocoons are put into the hot water tank, the water temperature is 65 to 95 DEG C, cocoon cooking time is 10 to 20 minutes, pH value of the water is 6.8 - 7.6; 5,water-cooling: the boiled cocoons are put into the cold water tank, cold water temperature is 1 - 5 DEG C, water cooling time is 5 - 8 minutes; 6,silk reeling: wherein the cocoons are reeled with silk reeling machine. The cocoon spinning method can solve the problems of long service time, high energy consumption, low production efficiency and low utilization rate of fresh cocoon, and the unqualified silkworm cocoons cannot be screened in time which are existing in the prior reeling processes.
本发明公开了一种蚕茧抽丝方法,涉及纺织领域,它包括以下步骤:1)收集,2)预处理:将蚕茧放入触蒸房进行触蒸,触蒸房温度在70℃~80℃,触蒸1.5~2小时,结束后在触蒸房中停放1~2小时后取出吹干;3)筛选:将干燥后的蚕茧进行筛选,将不合格的蚕茧筛选出来;4)煮茧:将筛选后的合格蚕茧放入热水槽中,热水温度为65~95℃,煮茧时间为10~20分钟,PH值为6.8~7.6;5)水冷:将煮过的蚕茧捞起后放入冷水槽中,冷水温度为1~5℃,水冷时间为5~8分钟;6)缫丝:将蚕茧用缫丝机进行缫丝。本发明可以解决现有的缫丝工艺存在耗时久,耗能大,生产效率低及新鲜蚕茧利用率低,不合格的蚕茧混杂其中无法及时筛除影响蚕丝质量的问题。
