The ageing-resistant bicycle frame is prepared from, by weight, 55-57 parts of ABS resin, 25-27 parts of polycarbonate, 28-30 parts of polyformaldehyde, 2-4 parts of polyarmide fibers, 8-10 parts of glass fibers, 5-7 parts of basalt fibers, 5-7 parts of nano-boron fibers, 2-4 parts of magnesium carbonate, 2-4 parts of calcium carbonate, 4-6 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 5-7 parts of silica, 4-6 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 3-5 parts of an anti-ageing agent and 4-6 parts of an AC foaming agent. The ageing-resistant bicycle frame is light and resistant to ageing and has the high strength.
