一种纤维素醚的生产工艺,属于纤维制品加工技术领域。包括精制、粉碎、醚化、分离和烘干步骤,其特征在于:所述的粉碎步骤的具体工艺为:将精制步骤产出的精制棉预先与醚化剂按质量比62~74:20混合搅拌3 min~7min,混合处理后的精制棉进入湿粉碎机粉碎制得粉碎后的精制棉;所述粉碎后的精制棉单独直接输送至醚化步骤的反应釜中进行醚化反应。粉碎过程中使精制棉处于一种特殊的半湿状态,这种半湿状态既能够保证粉碎过程中产生的热量少、安全性高,不会出现发生爆炸的危险,而且能够保证精制棉的聚合度不受破坏,提高了生产的纤维素醚的质量。
The invention discloses a cellulose ether production technology and belongs to the technical field of fiber product processing. The cellulose ether production technology comprises refining, pulverization, etherification, separation and drying and is characterized in that the pulverization process comprises pre-mixing refined cotton produced in the refining process and an etherification agent according to a mass ratio of 62 to 74: 20 for 3-7min, feeding the mixed refined cotton into a wet crushing mill, carrying out crushing to obtain crushed refined cotton, individually and directly feeding the crushed refined cotton into a reactor in the etherification process, and carrying out an etherification reaction process. In the process of crushing, the refined cotton is in a special semi-wet state and the semi-wet state can ensure less heat and high safety in crushing so that the risk of explosion is avoided, a polymerization degree of the refined cotton is not destroyed and the quality of the product cellulose ether is improved.
