Abstract

The present invention discloses a method of producing dietary fibers and co-producing xylose and furfural from corn stalks and belongs to the field of biotechnology. The method maximally conducts comprehensive utilization of the corn stalks, and the dietary fibers, xylose and furfural are high in extraction rate, and good in integrity and quality. Although the method also utilizes a steam-explosion separation technology in the prior art, the technology provided by the invention also uses a low temperature and high pressure condition, applies special biological enzymes, and ensures the utilization of the corn stalks being high in efficiency, quality and profits. In the implementation, new enterprises can be built, a large number of paper pulp and xylose production enterprises (especially small and medium sized paper pulp and xylose production enterprises) which have already bankrupted or are close to go bankrupt can also be fully utilized, the qualified dietary fibers, xylose and furfural can be produced after slight transformation of devices and workshops, and the method is small in investment, short in cycles and easy to promote.
本发明公开了一种玉米秸秆生产膳食纤维并联产木糖、糠醛的方法,属于生物技术领域。本发明最大程度地对玉米秸秆进行综合利用,膳食纤维、木糖以及糠醛的提取率高、完整性好、质量好。虽然本发明也利用了现有技术中的汽爆分离技术,但是本发明工艺中采用了低温、高压条件,并应用了特殊的生物酶,保证了本发明对玉米秸秆利用的高效率、高质量、高收益。本发明在实施时,可以新建,也可以充分利用众多的已经或频临倒闭的纸浆、木糖生产型企业(尤其是中小型纸浆、木糖企业),在其设备、车间稍加改造后即可生产出合格的膳食纤维、木糖以及糠醛;投入小、周期短、易推广。
