Abstract

本发明提供了一种电机标定系统、调节方法及标定计算方法,该电机标定系统包括接入供电系统的三相线的第一电机;接入所述三相线的第二电机,所述第二电机与所述第一电机具备相同规格型号,所述第一电机和所述第二电机分别与所述三相线相连接的接线顺序相反;扭矩检测装置;连接于所述三相线上的调压器;连接于所述三相线上的调相器;电流检测装置;相位计。通过本发明的电机标定系统,可以获取在不同当前测试相位角下,调压器的输出电压依次为不同电压值时,所述第一电机、所述第二电机均以第一转速转动时的扭矩值、电流值、电流相角差,最终获得第一电机和第二电机在第二转速下的标定参数。
The invention provides a motor calibration system, an adjusting system of the motor calibration system, and a calibration calculating method of the motor calibration system. The motor calibration system includes a first motor, a second motor, a torque detection device, a voltage regulator, a phase modulator, a current detection device and a phasometer, wherein the first motor accesses a triple line of a power supply system; the second motor accesses the triple line; the second motor and the first moor are identical in the specifications and models; the order of connection between the first motor and the triple line is opposite to the order of connection between the second motor and the triple line; the voltage regulator is connected with the triple line; and the phase modulator is connected with the triple line. When the output voltage of the voltage regulator successively have different voltage values in the current different test phase angles, the motor calibration system can acquire the torque value, the current value and the current angular phase difference when the first motor and the second motor rotate by the first rotating speed, and eventually can acquire the calibrated parameters when the first motor and the second motor rotate in the second rotating speed.
