Coalescing agent made from oil meal and applied to building metal formwork release agent



The invention discloses a coalescing agent made from oil meal and applied to a building metal formwork release agent, and relates to the technical field of release agent processing. The coalescing agent comprises, by weight, 10-15 parts of rape seed cakes, 10-15 parts of cotton seed cakes, 6-11 parts of tea seed cake powder, 4-7 parts of hydrogenated rosin glycerol esters, 3-6 parts of polyacrylamide, 3-6 parts of cetanol, 2-4 parts of pre-gelatinized starch, 2-4 parts of modified nano gelatin powder, 1-2 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 1-2 parts of azone, 0.5-1 part of vanillyl alcohol butyl ether, 0.5-1 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.5-1 part of erucyl amide, 10-15 parts of glutinous rice wine and 25-30 parts of water. The coalescing agent has the advantages of high compatibility with other raw materials of the release agent and remarkably reduced coalescing time, and the problems, of influences on working environment after volatilization or curing time delay caused by difficulty in volatilization, of conventional organic solvent type coalescing agents are solved.
