Fast-soluble salt-tolerant resistance reducing agent and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of oilfield development, in particular to a fast-soluble salt-tolerant resistance reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes steps: S1, adding an oil phase and an emulsifier into a reactor, stirring and mixing; dissolving acrylamide, salt-tolerant monomer, emulsifying auxiliaries and a chelating agent into water to obtain solution A; S2, feeding nitrogen into the reactor, and dropwise adding the solution A into the reactor; S3, stirring for mixing in the reactor for 30min, and adding an initiator for reaction for 5h; S4, adding poly(2-trimethylammoniumethyl methacrylate chloride) into the reactor, and performing reaction for 1h to obtain a finished product. By addition of the salt-tolerant monomer into the resistance reducing agent, the resistance reducing agent is tolerant to salt, and accordingly return liquid can be recycled, the problem of difficulty in return liquid treatment is solved, and fast hydration dissolution of the product is realized by control of raw materials and a process. The preparation method is simple and low in cost, and the prepared fast-soluble salt-tolerant resistance reducing agent is excellent in performance and significant to promotion of exploitation and utilization of oil fields.
本发明涉及油田开发技术领域,具体涉及一种速溶型耐盐降阻剂及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将油相、乳化剂加入的反应器中搅拌混合;将丙烯酰胺、耐盐单体、乳化助剂、螯合剂溶解于水中,得到溶液A;S2、向反应器通入氮气,并向反应器中滴加溶液A;S3、待反应器搅拌混合30min后,加入引发剂反应5h;S4、再将聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵加入反应器中,反应1小时,得到成品。通过向降阻剂中加入耐盐单体,使降阻剂具有耐盐的特性,从而能使返排液再次配制利用,解决返排液处理困难的问题,通过原料和工艺的控制实现产品的迅速水化溶解;本发明的制备方法简单,成本低廉,制得的速溶型耐盐降阻剂性能优异,对促进油田开发利用具有重要意义。
